How do I start?
Take the growth quiz, answer six short questions, and review your profile. Your report, height estimate, and habit plan are locked behind membership. No download is needed.
Where is my data saved?
Quiz drafts stay in your browser. When you create an account, your profile, check-ins, and habit history are saved securely on the server and follow you between devices. You can export your data in account settings.
Can Upward tell me exactly how tall I’ll get?
The member report provides a rough family-based adult-height estimate using the mid-parental formula, with a broad ±8.5 cm range. It does not promise an exact height, estimate remaining growth, or account for puberty timing and bone age. A clinician can provide a more individualized assessment.
How often should I measure?
Use the same measurement method and a consistent time of day when comparing measurements. Day-to-day differences can reflect measurement variation.
Is the community live?
The community page is an illustrative feed. Search, filters, and reactions are available as a demo; posts and comments are not shared with other people.
Do I need an app-store download?
No. Upward runs in your mobile or desktop browser. You can use your browser’s Add to Home Screen option for easier access.
